RoofingSentry is operated by RioPlex Technology (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what happens to information when you use RoofingSentry at roofingsentry.app.
When you use RoofingSentry, you enter business data — customers, jobs, estimates, photos, and so on. That data belongs to your company. You are the controller of it. We store and process it only to provide the service to you. We do not access it to review, analyze, or mine it, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers.
Account details you provide (name, email, company, phone), the business data you enter, and basic technical information every website receives (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to keep the service secure and working. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
We send transactional email — things like account notices and alerts you’ve asked for. We use a third-party email delivery provider to send them. We don’t send marketing email to your customers.
Your company decides how it uses the data in its own account, including data about its customers. Your company is responsible for having the right to collect and use that information and for complying with the laws that apply to it.
We protect data in transit with encryption (HTTPS), isolate each company’s data, hash passwords, and restrict access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, contact us and we will delete your company’s data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.
We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify account owners.
